“ Ok. Honestly, I dont know if maybe we just got lucky but when we recently visited this Carls Jr restaurant, I was blown away at how awesome it was! The customer service was top notch! Like, the man working that night was not only hilarious, he was also very warm and welcoming, and made our meal even more enjoyable than it already was. No joke, this is a superb Carls Jr location. It was very mellow there too, and clean. Clean bathrooms too! Woohoo! The food was super yummy and put together well. Fully recommend this spot! to the guy working the evening shift in there you know who you are if you are reading this you made our night with your radness!! It is people like yourself who truly make the world go round with your positively infectious energy! Thank you for such great service. ”
“ Clean bathrooms. Clean lobby, very spacious. Great lighting. Lighting created an ambiance that made me feel casual and relaxed. Employees working that evening were friendly, funny and had good attitudes in general. Food was yummy! Had my husband dip my chicken stars in ranch and feed them to me as I was driving north on 101. ”
“ I work in HBurg eat burgers from Carls Jr once a week. I dont know why its taken me so long to post a review but I feel compelled to do so. Daniels the manager? customer service is outstanding! “ Daniel the GM is absolutely fantastic. Ive been here twice recently. The first time I pulled into the drive through and started to order to go. During our conversation he went out of his way to invite me inside. This was around 10pm close to their closing time. Typically people just want to go home and can be a bit more rude at the tail end of their shifts. But Daniels attitude and demeanor was incredibly inviting and genuine. Even though his restaurant was spotless he was more than happy that I came in to eat. I believe he said something along the lines of that it helps make the environment more inviting for others to come in and eat as well. I came back by again tonight and ordered again through the drive through this time for more people than myself so it was a fairly large order and again he showed an absolutely fantastic attitude. He recognized me and asked how I was doing, we had a brief conversation while I was waiting for my food this made my night. I asked for his name and decided on writing this review. My review at this establishment is 100 a result of Daniels fantastic attitude. ”
“ Honestly so weird to go to a fast food joint where everyone is fun and .. ok? Like everyone was just making a dollar and not mad at it. You experience it here and there, certainly across the smashed suffix SoDoSoPa eatery but this was a quick burger with humanity. I dont know . “ Best Carls Jr I ever been to, went on a Sunday morning met one of the workers there his name was Sim one of the nicest guys I ever met and hell of a customer service he has, the food was 1010 clean dining and bathrooms fresh food hot and ready I would recommend this place again and meet Sim very nice guy and makes funny jokes. 1010 restaurant I love it! ”
